I found a bug. What now?

If you think you have found a bug in MindNode please let us know!

Send an email to support@mindnode.com including these informations:

  1. The operating system running on your device
  2. The MindNode version number  (macOS: main menu on top of your screen > MindNode >About MindNode; iOS: MindNode > Settings (the little gear icon) > at the bottom of the screen)
  3. Detailed description of the problem
  4. Steps to reproduce the bug
  5. Possibly screenshots & -recordings
  6. Potentially a file that's making troubles

These informations hopefully allow us to reproduce the issue and in a next step fix it asap.
