MindNode ID

What is MindNode ID?

MindNode ID is our new optional account system that enhances our MindNode Plus subscription. Previously, to share our subscription between your devices, you needed an iCloud account. Using MindNode ID, you can now access your subscription from devices that do not use iCloud (e.g., devices owned by a company or personal devices using different Apple IDs).

How to set up MindNode ID:

Start setting up MindNode ID on the device you used to subscribe to MindNode Plus.

On Mac:

1. Open the MindNode Settings
2. Go to the MindNode ID tab
3. Click on the 'Create Account' button
4. Now sign up either using Apple or your email address

On iOS:

1. Open the Settings in MindNode
2. Select MindNode ID
3. Tap the 'Create Account' button
4. Now sign up either using Apple or your email address

To enable MindNode Plus on your other devices:

On Mac:

1. Open the MindNode Settings
2. Go to the MindNode ID tab
3. Click on the 'Sign In' button
4. Sign in with your account

On iOS:

1. Open the Settings in MindNode
2. Select MindNode ID
3. Tap the 'Sign In' button
4. Sign in with your account
   

What MindNode ID is not:

• It's not a storage location for your MindNode files.
• It doesn't allow you to share your files with other users.
• It's no additional service for users who have MindNode activated through Setapp.
